Our house project and build with Scotty and the Yardley Building (YBL) Team was a real partnership. Scott’s project management skills made the process not only enjoyable but delivered a truly remarkable result. Both our site and architecturally designed build were not easy and required a very high level of understanding of the plans, working with new and different building materials and quality execution. The passion, plus attention to design and detail was evident throughout. The high quality of the finished product is a direct reflection of the high quality of the team involved and managed by Scott. We would happily build again with YBL as the experience was also a lot of fun. We felt we were building with a very honest and talented craftsman who wanted to achieve the best possible result for us. YBL proudly stood behind everything they did for us and thanks to Scotty and the YBL team, we are very proud of our stunning new home.
We really wanted a house that was going to be very livable and comfortable, sustainable to build and live in for the long term. We wanted it to be loved and appreciated by us and future owners without needing wasteful major renovations.
